Frank is an accomplished global chemical industry leader with a long track record of success. He maintains SAFETY as the highest priority. Frank is a passionate advocate of metrics driven operational improvement, utilizing automation and controls, SPC/SQC, and Lean Manufacturing techniques to build World Class Operations.

Frank was most recently Chief Operating Officer for Canlak Coatings, a NA based specialty wood coatings manufacturer. He has led operations and engineering projects in NA, SA, EU, and APAC during roles with Johnson Matthey, ICI, Ferro, Koppers, and Elementis. His most recent roles with Meridian Adhesive Group and Canlak Coatings, both Private Equity backed ventures, where he built operations organizations while heavily involved in M&A activities, with a keen focus on post acquisition integration.

Frank earned his BS Chemical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, is a licensed Professional Engineer
